Know your clients started their day
Without asking them to wear anything, charge anything, or remember anything.
New technology can create friction - especially when it asks people to charge another device, wear it consistently, or remember a daily task.
eNeighbor™ is different. It merely observes that the phone has been used each day as usual, and that becomes an "up and about" signal to providers or caregivers.
The app preserves the dignity and independence of users. It does not record which apps they use, and location coordinates never leave the phone.
- The device they already use Already in their hand, already part of the morning.
- Their usual morning is the check-in Using their phone the way they always do is all it takes.
- Part of their life, not a label Support that fits in, and never feels medical.
A view of the morning, before the first visit
We build your organization a dashboard of wake-up patterns, so staff can see at a glance who is up for the day and who may need a call.
Simple monitoring, designed around your existing workflow
Examples of ways eNeighbor can be customized to suit your work:
- Client onboarding, communications, and check-in schedules
- Language, branding, and accessibility preferences
- Dashboard views and reporting for staff roles
- Participation and engagement information
- Data fields that reflect your internal workflows
- Secure exports and connections to systems you already use
- A pilot for a defined population, geography, service line, payer initiative, or care program
Depending on your current software, we can explore custom reporting, secure data exports, data exchange, and integrations. The first step is a conversation.

Questions we hear from agencies
Does eNeighbor replace our home-care or care-management software?
No. eNeighbor is designed to complement the systems your agency already uses for operations, scheduling, documentation, and care coordination.
Does a client have to remember a separate daily check-in?
No additional daily button press is required. eNeighbor is designed to recognize routine activity on the client's smartphone.
Does eNeighbor require a wearable or another device?
No. The experience is designed around a client's own compatible smartphone, without requiring a separate wearable, pendant, or in-home sensor.
What client data does eNeighbor record?
The activity signals that show a phone has been used, the client's wake-time setting, and basic account details. We don't record which apps clients use, and location coordinates stay on the phone. eNeighbor came out of caring for our own family members, and it's built to protect client privacy.
Can the dashboard and reporting be tailored to our agency?
Yes. Dashboard views, program settings, staff access, reporting, and data fields can be scoped around your agency's needs.
Can eNeighbor work with the systems we already use?
Depending on your systems and available vendor access, we can explore secure exports, data exchange, tailored reporting, and scoped integrations.
Does eNeighbor work on tablets?
Yes. eNeighbor works on iPad and on Android tablets as well as phones. Set it up on whichever device the client uses every day - that's the one that shows they're up and about.
What's your business model? We want to know our clients' data isn't the product.
We don't sell client information, or use it for profiling or AI model training. Curlew Labs, the LLC behind eNeighbor, is self-funded. We have no outside investors putting pressure on us to sell data for big returns.
