Know your loved one is okay - on their terms.
eNeighbor™ notices whether your parent or loved one has used their phone as usual - and quietly lets you know if something seems off. No wearable. No check-in calls.
How it works
No new habits to form. No devices to buy.
Sets up in minutes
You and your loved one set up eNeighbor, follow a few simple prompts, and become neighbors.
Operates behind the scenes
Unlike other apps, eNeighbor doesn't require you to push a button to say you're okay. It notices that you use your phone the same way each morning, and only sends a notification to your loved one if there's a change.
You stay in control
You tell the app when you're usually active each morning, and you choose who looks out for you.
Designed with privacy and independence in mind
You are in control. You choose who else receives a notification, and eNeighbor never shares your location.
Think of it as the digital version of neighbors noticing whether each other's window shade went up in the morning - quiet, reciprocal, and consensual.
Common questions
Does eNeighbor require a smartphone?
No - an iPhone, iPad, or Android tablet all work. What matters is that it is something they use regularly each morning. If they have both a phone and a tablet, put eNeighbor on both: it notices whichever one they pick up, so a morning spent away from one of them still counts.
Can eNeighbor be on more than one device?
Yes - and it helps. Put it on a phone and a tablet using the same sign-in, and eNeighbor notices whichever one gets picked up. The people you chose only hear from us if both go untouched by the time you set.
Who gets notified?
You first, if a morning goes by unnoticed - eNeighbor nudges you before anyone else hears anything. Beyond that, only the people you choose.
What if I sleep in or go on vacation?
If eNeighbor hasn't noticed you as the time you set draws near, it nudges you first, so you can settle it yourself. Only if that time passes with still no sign of you do the people you chose get a gentle heads-up. And if you travel, eNeighbor adjusts to your local time zone.
Is it free?
eNeighbor is free to use on both iPhone and Android.
What does the notification actually say?
It's a simple, calm message - not an alarm. It lets the people you chose know that your usual morning phone activity hasn't been detected, so they can decide what, if anything, to do.
Are you a home health or housing provider?
eNeighbor can be built around your program - a dashboard for your staff, and no devices to hand out to the people you serve.
