A daily monitoring program, built for your organization
eNeighbor™ helps organizations support people living independently through a simple app installed on the smartphone they already use.
Rather than requiring a separate wearable, pendant, in-home sensor, or even a virtual button to press, eNeighbor is designed to recognize routine phone activity. We build your team a customized dashboard with a clear view of daily wake-up activity.
We work with home health and home care providers, senior housing communities, affordable housing providers, and organizations serving people who live independently.
- No separate device No wearable, pendant, or in-home sensor to distribute.
- No daily button press Nothing extra for a participant to remember each morning.
- The phone they already carry A familiar device, and no new habit to learn.
Uses the technology clients already know
eNeighbor doesn't ask your clients to compromise their privacy or independence. It works with the phone a user already has with them. It recognizes routine phone activity, and doesn't need an additional device or daily task.
A dashboard shaped around your program
We build the view so your staff sees the day at a glance: who is up, who has not shown activity yet, and who needs a call. It is shaped around the roles and routines your team already works to.

Questions we hear often
How private is the data eNeighbor collects?
We don't track the apps users install and use, and location coordinates are processed on the phone itself - they never reach our servers. User data stays private and will not be sold.
Does eNeighbor require participants to use a separate device?
No. eNeighbor is designed to work with a participant's own smartphone. It does not require a separate wearable, pendant, or in-home sensor.
Do clients have to push a virtual button on their phone?
No additional daily check-in button is required. eNeighbor is designed to recognize routine activity on a participant's smartphone. Participants still need a smartphone, the eNeighbor app, applicable permissions, and to be a daily smartphone user.
Can clients customize their wake-up time?
Yes. The app allows clients to say when they are typically up each day. If the client's phone doesn't show activity by that time each morning, they get a gentle nudge. We build the follow-up so that when they don't respond, your staff knows they might need a check-in call or visit.
Can eNeighbor be customized for our organization?
Yes. We can tailor the participant experience, organizational branding, dashboard views, staff access, reporting, and program settings around your organization's needs.
Can eNeighbor work alongside our current software?
Yes. Depending on your technology environment and available vendor access, we can explore customized reporting, exports, data exchange, and integration options.
Is eNeighbor an emergency-response or medical-monitoring service?
No. eNeighbor is a daily connection and monitoring tool. It is not an emergency-response service, fall-detection system, medical device, or substitute for professional care, emergency services, or an individual emergency plan.
