Help them finish setting up

You're seeing this because eNeighbor™ isn't active on the phone of someone you look after — so right now it can't check in on them or let you know how their day is going.

This isn't an emergency. It almost always means their eNeighbor just needs to be set up or reopened. Until that's done, though, it can't look out for them — so it's worth a quick nudge.

What's probably going on

Any one of these will stop eNeighbor from running for them:

How to help

eNeighbor runs on their phone, so the fix is on their end — there's nothing to switch on from your side. Give them a hand with these steps:

  1. Give them a call, text, or visit — whatever's easiest.
  2. Ask them to open eNeighbor on their phone.
  3. If it asks them to sign in, have them sign back in.
  4. When their phone asks whether to allow notifications, have them choose AlloweNeighbor needs this to check in.
  5. Have them follow the setup screens all the way to the end.
  6. If eNeighbor isn't on their phone anymore, help them install it again.

How you'll know it worked

As soon as their eNeighbor is up and running again, this alert stops on its own — there's nothing for you to reset. You'll start seeing their check-ins again, just like before.
